  It looks like a nose, a weird face, and kind of, on the top, neck-shoulders-and arms... maybe inside someone's mouth? I though it was a nose.. but if it is.. where are the eyes? If you turn it upside down, it looks like a really pink evil guy with a gas mask on >.
