The shadow from the cylinder is portraying an illusion. B is actually a lighter color than A, but because of the shadow over it, it's the same color as A. Hold your fingers over the squares near A and B, and just focus on A and B. It's pretty cool!

Open the image in MS Paint or other picture editor. Cut a piece out of one of the squares. Drag it to the other. You will see they are exactly the same color. ;-)

Okay listen. For the people that are not getting this, copy this on your desktop. Import it in Paint. Use the option called "Pick Color". It's right above pencil. You'll see that they DO have the same colors.

yeah... this is stupid.. they really have the same color... you don't believe me? do this.. copy the pix, open it with Paint, click the click the Airbrush (looks like a spray can), then click Medicine dropper (to pick a color), pick the color of square 'A' then spray that color to square 'B'. see for yourselves.. hehe

I took it to paint and cut out the "b"tile and shifted it to the "a" tile, and yes they really are the same color.

I see it NOW!!! If you are looking at your monitor in eye level then simply stand up and look down at you monitor now from the top. Then you will notice that the colors are the same
