This is in Holland, in the city called The Hague (Den Haag), in the area nearby the trainstation Hollans Spoor, in the area Schilderswijk. It is a Art form in which the mini car is mounted on the side wall of a building. I saw it several times when i drove this street. I still found this funny and make always a laugh when I see it.
