ok i finally get it you have to focus your eyes differently to see different things one of the first things you should of seen is the repeated numbers of 38 in the middle and the same at the bottom but in stead of 38 its 32 second thing you should of noticed is that the different ways you focus your eyes the more peoples heads you can see like 4 copy's of the same guy in the middle with glasses another 4 heads at the moment and some scary ass faces at the top so the more you change your eye focus on it the more you will see different things i couldnt bother to keep looking so let me know if any of use see anything else
